At Dunham and Mae, we take pride in offering one of a kind antiques and vintage treasures. Because each item is unique and often carries natural signs of age, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece, we're happy to provide additional details or photos prior to ypur order.
Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be determined on case by case basis.
Customer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We can not issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
